Information collected in connection with the operation of the website is stored on separate servers operated by Squarespace Inc. Traffic data can be shared with Google, Facebook and LinkedIn. Only the Østheim Group and the data processors have access to other collected information. We use analytics tools for Squarespace on our website. In this connection, we use cookies to collect data. We use the data to customize your user experience, improve and customize our services, as well as display offers and advertisements. Personal information for employees and hired advisers in the Østheim group

Personal data and salary information are stored in Microsoft 365 for office support tools, as well as in Tripletex AS. The processing is based on the employment agreements. Employees and hired advisers have rights according to The Personal Information Act.

Personal information related to application processes

When you send us your CV or other information as a job candidate, you consent to the data you send being processed by Østheimgruppen for ongoing recruitment. We need to process your information to assess your application. The processing basis for this is the Personal Protection Regulation Article 6 No. 1a, which allows us to process information to which the data subject has given consent.

Data processors for the Østheim group:

• Squarespace Inc. for web pages

• Tripletex AS for salary and accounting data

A standard data processor agreement exists between Østheimgruppen and our data processors. Personal information is not disclosed from Østheimgruppen to other actors, without the consent of the registered person.Dine rettigheter

Storage of information and processing of this information is not permitted unless the user has both been informed about and has given his consent to the processing. The user must be informed about and approve which information is processed, what the purpose of the processing is and who processes the information, cf. § 2-7 of the Electronic Communications Act.
